This was absolutely delicious!! I’ve tried other chili Mac recipes, but this is by far the best one!! I’ll be making regularly and it was so quick to put together.

I’ve made this so many times, I’ve memorized the recipe! My son (on the spectrum and very picky) absolutely loves it! My boyfriend’s teens went back for seconds. I love cheese so I actually use the entire batch of vegan cheese in mine, lol. So good and I have yet to come across someone that doesn’t absolutely love it. Pairs sooo well with cornbread.

I had the same issue with it being a little soupy, but what I did to fix it was add the rest of the cheese sauce like Larisha mentioned and I made an arrowroot slurry (arrowroot and a little water) in the container I had the cheese sauce in and stirred it all in and cut the stove off. I let it sit for like 20 mins and that fixed it. The favors are great though, I would just do 2.5-3 cups of the broth next time.
